1. Introduction#

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DairyRun (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided#

DairyRun is a SaaS platform for dairy farm management, including cattle, milk production, inventory, health, breed, and accounts. Certain features may vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Access#

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and authorized users.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or non-payment.

4. Subscription & Payments#

Billing Notice
All subscriptions are non-refundable. +18% GST applies to all plans in India.
  • Plans (monthly): ₹149 (up to 50 head), ₹499 (up to 500 head), ₹999 (unlimited). Yearly plans are available.
  • All amounts are subject to +18% GST. Payments are processed via Razorpay.
  • Refunds: No refunds or partial refunds for monthly or yearly plans, including if you stop using the Service before the end of the billing period. We correct duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Invoices: GST-compliant invoices are provided. Your GSTIN (for B2B) may be collected for invoicing.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities#

  • No illegal use or violations of applicable laws and regulations.
  • No reverse engineering, decompilation, or tampering with the Service.
  • No harmful content or abuse of resources, APIs, or infrastructure.

6. Data Ownership & License#

You own your farm data. You grant DairyRun a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and Service improvements.

7. Service Availability, Maintenance & SLA#

We target high availability (e.g., 99% uptime) and may conduct planned maintenance at reasonable times. Enterprise SLAs may include priority support and response targets. We are not responsible for events beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DairyRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last billing cycle.

9. Term & Termination#

You may cancel anytime via the Service. We may suspend or terminate if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or fail to pay. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your data subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution#

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in [Insert City, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
