  • Farm data: cattle records, milk production, health, breed, inventory, and accounts needed for dairy management.
  • Billing & GST data: processed via Razorpay. DairyRun does not store card or bank details.
  • Device/Usage data: IP address, logs, cookies, and analytics to improve reliability and security.
  • Support communications: information you share with our support team.

3. How We Use the Information#

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including account management and core features.
  • Manage subscriptions and GST invoicing.
  • Security and fraud prevention, including detection and investigation.
  • Product improvement, troubleshooting, and analytics.
  • Legal compliance under the IT Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023.

4. Legal Basis / Consent (DPDP 2023)#
